oa-google-openid 0.1.0

This is an Omniauth’s open_id stretegy with the identifier name setted to ‘www.google.com/accounts/o8/id‘. We should use instead of plain :open_id when using Devise. Because Devise does not work fine with multiply strategies having the same name.
